$10,000 St George Down Payment Assistance

City of St. George down payment assistance program is a federally funded program with a goal to assist eligible home buyers with down payment and/or loan closing costs by providing up to $10,000 in the the form of a non-interest bearing loan payable when the home is sold or refinanced. If not sold or refinanced prior to 15 years, payback is forgiven.Eligibility Requirements:

• 18 Years of Age, U.S. Citizen, or a Resident
• Owner-Occupied within St. George City Limits
• Maximum Home Price Allowed is $247,368 for Detached Home
• Maximum Home Price Allowed is $131,995 for Townhome/Condo
• First Time Home Buyer
• Household Income Limits (Refer to below table)
