My husband and I are from Canada and we had one day to spend in St. George to find a home before we had to head back to Canada. I had found an Ence Homes development on the net and fell in love with it. Before we came to Ence Homes that day, we went and checked out a few other new developments and then we came to Ence Homes.

We went into your show home and met your on-site agent. He showed us various floor plans and explained the quality workmanship that Ence puts into the homes that they build. He then took us to one of the homes that was already built. We saw that home and that was it for us. We knew we had found the right builder, the right neighborhood, and the right floor plan. We signed on the spot.

Buying a home and moving can be a stressful experience, but Ence Homes and their staff went the extra mile for us to put my husband and I at ease.
