We are writing to express our appreciation to you and your organization for the fine job you all did in building our new house in Padre Lakes. Although we did come to St. George for the pre-construction meeting in January and for a "how goes it" look in March, we were essentially absentee home builders during the construction process. Our reliance on your organization was almost total and our trust and confidence were very well placed.

We head back to our other house in Dayton, Ohio, on the 5th and we plan to return to Ivins in early November. We're going to be hard-pressed to leave and more than anxious to return. Many thanks again!

Dear Ence Homes,

My husband and I are from Canada and we had one day to spend in St. George to find a home before we had to head back to Canada. I had found your Ironwood development on the net and fell in love with it Before we came to Ironwood that day we went and checked out a few other new developments and then we came to Ironwood.

We went into your show home and met your salesman for Ironwood homes. He showed us various floor plans and explained the quality workmanship that Ence puts into the homes that they build. He then took us to one of the homes that was already built. We saw that home and that was it for us. We knew we had found the right builder, the right neighborhood and the right floor plan. We signed on the spot.

My husband and I then had to go back to Canada. So we did not get a chance to meet with the people from the design centre. The girls at the design centre and-{ picked out all of the upgrades and the colors by long distance. Although the girls at the design center did most of the picking out, I just told them what colors I had in my furniture and they took over.

We moved to St. George two months before the house was ready and all the staff at Ence Homes went out of their way to be patient with us and answer all of our questions while the home was being finished.

We now have a beautiful home that we love. Our home is a middle class home but with a few upgrades and our antique furniture the home looks like a half million dollar home.

Buying a home and moving is a stressful experience Ence Homes and their staff went the extra mile for us to put my husband and I at ease.
