Every floor plan is designed by the Ence Homes' in-house, architectural department and professional design team.

This team is made up of draftsmen, interior designers, construction managers, trade partners, real estate agents, and current Ence homeowners. Together they "value engineer" each plan to optimize floor space, utilize building materials, and connect families by making each Ence home more livable.

The moment you enter into a new Ence home, you will notice a unique, natural flow in the home's layout. This is because the Ence Homes design team spends a lot of time thinking about how a home 'works': where to put things, how to arrange rooms, and how you actually use your space.
