Shopping
Red Mountain Market, specializing in fresh vegetables, organic meat, and all natural food is only five minutes away located in Ivins. Enjoy the beautiful views as you drive to any of the St. George shopping areas. Albertsons and Lin's Market are located on Sunset Boulevard, about a ten minute drive.

Recreation
Step outside your door to the spectacular views of the Red Mountain and Snow Canyon State Park. The State Park was carved from red and white Navajo sandstone and features cinder cones, lava tubes, lava flows, and sand dunes. Breathtaking views are found from cars, bikes, and feet.

Medical
Sunset Boulevard offers many medical facilities including Dixie Primary Care, Clear View Eye Care, and the Sunset Clinic open for emergencies as well as scheduled appointments.

The St. George Shuttle offers pick up service nearby for those traveling to Las Vegas or Salt Lake City.
