Shopping
Within walking distance find the Red Cliffs Mall with Dillards, JC Penney's, Sears, and Barnes and Noble among the many fine stores and eating establishments. Primrose Pointe is close to the largest shopping, dining, and entertainment district in the county.

Recreation
City maintained hiking and biking trails border this community. Just get on your shoes or your bike and you are ready to go. A short drive brings you to Sand Hollow Reservoir for water skiing, canoeing, cliff jumping, sand dune four wheeling, and more.

Medical
On River Road just minutes away is the large campus of Intermountain Healthcare facilities which include specialty clinics, physician offices, InstaCare urgent care centers, surgical centers and more.
