Shopping
Red Dog Café is located right next to Canyon Trails Community offering some of the best ribs in our area. Veyo Pies, John's Pizza, and a couple gas stations are located just five minutes North on Route 18. If you drive South toward St. George, take Red Hills parkway to the highest concentration of dining and shopping in the county or continue as 18 becomes Bluff Street to find Hurst Hardware, Kmart, Smiths Food Store, Staples, Kneaders, and other restaurants and stores.

Recreation
Pinion covered high-desert hills await bikers, hikers, and leisure walkers. Snow Canyon State Park is a short distance. The State Park was carved from red and white Navajo sandstone and features cinder cones, lava tubes, lava flows, and sand dunes. Breathtaking views from cars, bikes, and feet.

Medical
Within a ten minute drive, Sunset Boulevard provides many medical facilities including Dixie Primary Care, Clear View Eye Care, and the Sunset Clinic open for emergencies as well as scheduled appointments.

Transportation
The City of St. George public transportation, the Sun Tram, has stops at the intersection of Sunset Boulevard and Bluff Street. These city bus routes make shopping districts and business areas accessible.

Worship
Multiple Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saint chapels are in the area. Cross Point Christian and Living Word Christian churches are a short drive on Santa Clara Drive, and New Promise Lutheran's beautiful new chapel and facility is located on South Valley View Drive.

Culture/Entertainment
Enjoy a historical tour of the Jacob Hamblin House, early settler and Indian Relations expert located off of Santa Clara Drive. Tuacahn Amphitheatre & Center for the Arts, a 2,000 seat outdoor amphitheater, runs "Broadway in the Desert" plays throughout the summer and fall with indoor events all year long. Just down Route 18 is the Stadium 8 movie theater, close enough for spontaneous movie nights.

Schools
Public schools are located within twenty minutes or less. Just 5 miles away is Diamond Valley Elementary, Tonaquint Intermediate is 18 miles, and Dixie Middle and High School are 17 miles. Westside Baptist Church offers excellent private school options, while Vista Elementary and Tuacahn High School are ranked as top charter schools for our area.
